Title:      Business Analyst

Duties:  

Gather and analyze business requirements for managing clients business processes; Conduct business process analysis and preliminary cost benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives; Perform gap analysis and identify solutions to re-design business processes; Create Business Workflow, Activity Diagrams using MS Visio and created conceptual model, behavior diagrams. Write SQL queries for data validation and also perform data analysis to validate data sets Prepare User stories, Product backlogs, FRD and BRD Documents, Test Plans and strategy, Test Cases, UAT, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, User Manuals etc. Prepare and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) Plans Conduct gap analysis to cover deficiencies; train users to use customized system and provide technical assistance to program users; Plan and prepare technical reports, memoranda and instructional manuals as documentation of program development. Provide support to technical teams on development and testing activities.

Requirements:

Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business administration or closely related field and 1 year experience in the job offered or as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Analyst or related. In lieu of Master degree and 1 year of experience, employer will accept bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a closely related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Analyst or related. Experience must include at least 1 year of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements; preparing, User stories, backlogs, FRD and BRD, Test Plans, Test Cases, UAT, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, User Manuals; Using MS Visio create activity diagrams, business workflow diagram; Perform GAP analysis; Write SQL queries for data validation; perform data analysis to validate data sets; and Prepare and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal). TITLE:     BI Analyst      

DUTIES:     Gather and analyze market and business data using Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL to support data-driven business and IT decision-making; Create interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau to visualize trends and insights; Apply data analysis techniques to identify, document, and interpret trends and patterns in business processes to support applied business research; Perform data cleansing, processing, transformation, and integration, and develop trend analyses, forecasts, and benchmarking reports against competing datasets for project needs; Conduct impact assessments and performance analysis using QlikView and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to evaluate initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements. Design and maintain database objects, including views, tables, and stored procedures, to optimize reporting performance and data accessibility. Synthesize business intelligence findings into concise reports and presentations to support strategic planning and project execution. 

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, or a closely related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or related. 

In lieu of a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent and 1 yr of experience, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the above-mentioned fields. Experience must include at least 1 yr of experience with gathering market data using Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL, preparing analytical reports using Tableau, conduct impact assessment using analytical tools such as QlikView, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
