Title:      Business Analyst

Duties:  

Gather and analyze business requirements for managing clients business processes; Conduct business process analysis and preliminary cost benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives; Perform gap analysis and identify solutions to re-design business processes; Create Business Workflow, Activity Diagrams using MS Visio and created conceptual model, behavior diagrams. Write SQL queries for data validation and also perform data analysis to validate data sets Prepare User stories, Product backlogs, FRD and BRD Documents, Test Plans and strategy, Test Cases, UAT, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, User Manuals etc. Prepare and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) Plans Conduct gap analysis to cover deficiencies; train users to use customized system and provide technical assistance to program users; Plan and prepare technical reports, memoranda and instructional manuals as documentation of program development. Provide support to technical teams on development and testing activities.

Requirements:

Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business administration or closely related field and 1 year experience in the job offered or as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Analyst or related. In lieu of Master degree and 1 year of experience, employer will accept bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a closely related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Analyst or related. TITLE:

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

DUTIES:

Analyze business and system requirements and manage development of specifications; developing test strategies, test cases, scripts and execution of tests on custom software development projects for our client; perform quality assurance tests and debugging; create and execute detailed test plan using quality center; create test cases traceability matrix based on the data mapping documents and requirements; maintaining data integrity and security; providing and maintaining access and flow of data; documenting all issues and defects to ensure application software functionality and resolve any system defects. Scrubbing and cleansing of data; perform user acceptance testing, remote user testing, usability standards validation, performance testing and resolve system defects; test code and user interface and report defects and tracking. Perform data mining, business intelligence analysis, testing and delivery of reports; participate with team of technical staff and managers to understand systems requirements and functionality needed in large/complex projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in computer science/computer information system. And 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Quality Assurance Analyst, QA Analyst, or Software Tester.

TITLE:    BI Analyst

DUTIES:    Gather requirements from various internal business users to understand specific data; analytical needs of various IT projects; Identify data from multiple data sources. Create interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Tableau and Power BI; Use data analysis software and techniques to identify, analyze, document, and interpret data trends or patterns in business processes to aid with applied business research; Conduct applied data analysis such as data cleansing, data processing, data transformation, and data connectivity. Develop various data trend reports and forecasts and benchmark results against competing data sets for project needs. Use advanced analytics such as Alteryx and SSIS for ETL, data integration, and workflow solutions for data warehouse implementation. Prepare business intelligence reports using Star and Snowflake schema models, multi-dimensional data, and cube design; Use BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to analyze data to facilitate reporting, project documentation; project scope to assist with efficient on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; Create views, tables, triggers, user profiles, user-defined functions, and stored procedures.

Manage real-time and batch processing using Azure Cloud services. Synthesize current business intelligence to determine operational impacts and elevate database issues, trends, and areas for strategic improvement of projects.

REQUIREMENTS:  Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related.

In lieu of a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the above-mentioned fields. Experience must include at least 1 year of experience with Data integration using ADF pipelines, Azure data lake analytics, Azure SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, modeling of Star and Snowflake schema models, Alteryx, data processing, data transformation, and data connectivity. REQUIREMENTS:

Must have Masters degree or foreign equivalent in CS/MIS/Information Technology Management/Information System, and 1 year of experience in job offered/ Business Analyst/System Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst/related.
