DESCRIPTION: The prospective employee will demonstrate product leadership by mastering skills in requirements authoring, business analysis, analytics, product road-mapping, partnering with the business, determining feasibility and planning with development teams. Engage the technical and business teams to drive story mapping, product journeys, requirements, planning and task estimations to support top business priorities. Work on being a product owner for handling “My Account/registered User/Customer profile management” in the ecommerce/retail/marketing domain. Configure the applications, workflows, processes and metrics to support Agile/Scrum, using the latest tools. Be able to leverage his product expertise, leadership and 360 degree business perspective to deliver exceptional results for the Business. Work with Integration of Softwares like Salesforce.com and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Digital solutions. Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
Create and Maintain Requirements documentation, design documentation and technical documentation. Design and create mock ups and Prototypes. Design Templates and components including integration with Digital Asset Management. Conduct Design meetings to write requirements for integration including creating data maps, data flows and manipulate XML, JSON Scripts and call other service requests. Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements using SQL queries and PL/SQL. Design and write code to develop and modify software systems. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Participate in production deployments and be responsible for plans. Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance. Provide software support as needed. Plan and prepare technical reports, memoranda and instructional manuals as documentation of program development.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or higher in IT or relevant field. Must have at least three years of experience in customer facing environment specifically Business Analysis or DB Analysis. Mandatory Computer Skills in the following environments, languages and software: Java, J2EE, AEM, SFDC, SQL, XML, JSON, Oracle DB, SQL Server DB, HPQC, JIRA, Adobe Creative Suite, debugging tools. MS Office & Star Office Suite, MS Access, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Linux, UNIX, MS-DOS, Windows (95, XP, Vista & 7), Android, iOS, C, C++, Java, X/Motif, UML, UNIX shell scripts, HTML, CSS, Balsamiq, Axure, Visio, MS Project. Development background in C, C++, Java and SQL. Must have experience in gathering requirements from business users. Must have experience in writing Functional requirements documents and user stories. Must have experience in working with Databases and Knowledge of HP Quality Center and Test cases. Also, experience in defect management
